Implemented chunked encoding handling.
Rewrote HttpHandler.good() and public HttpHandler.getline() functions.
There is a bug somewhere were something isn't always checking
HttpHandler.good()!

Added HttpHandler.populate() function.
Implemented it non-chunked portion.

Added news: protocol to those ignored by getLink().

Started reimplementing HttpHandler, moved Processor.getLink() to be global and
included in URL.h and implemented in URL.cpp.
