Fixed NSIS installer to work on Windows 9x and to do other fun stuff.
Upped the version to 1.2rc2.

It is time to use NSIS as the installer system, hooray!
Changed version to 1.2rc1.
Fixed some file descriptions.

Added agent function, modified robots.txt handler to use it.
